Koen Brouwer is a singer, songwriter, lyricist and topliner from the Netherlands. After finishing his study at the Conservatory of Amsterdam he has developed a talent for writing catchy melodies and lyrics. His favorite seat on a writing day is between the artist and the producer, focussing on creating the perfect song.

As a writer, Koen has been active in different aspects of Pop (dutch, dance, indie). He wrote for international artists like Zak Abel, Gattuso, Sound Rush and Armin van Buren, as well as for local Dutch and Belgium artists like Stan van Samang, Jeroen van der Boom, Samuel Welten and Henk Dissel.

 Next to songwriting for others, Koen is one of the lead singers of the band FRIDAY. They have released their first two albums together with Warner Music and Universal Music, gained over 15 million streams and their songs have been supported widely on dutch radio stations. They are finishing their 3rd album right now, which will be coming in the upcoming months.
